Our orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within the following estimated time frames:


  • United States: 5-10 business days
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia: 10–25 business days
  • Europe: 10–25 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–35 business days


You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

2. Do you ship internationally?Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and local postal service.


3. Can I track my order?Absolutely. Every order comes with a tracking number, which you will receive via email once your order is shipped.


4. Can I return or cancel my order?For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on cosmetic and beauty products once they have been shipped.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery  with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

5. My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?International shipping can sometimes be delayed by customs or high seasonal demand. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

6. What payment methods do you accept?We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure payment methods offered at checkout.

7. Months Will I need to pay customs or import fees?In some cases, international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import taxes depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
